At Edhara, we aim to ensure transparency and trust with all our users. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which payments, cancellations, and refunds are handled.
Services
Edhara provides digital and fintech-related services including BBPS, bill payments, and recharges. Once a service request is submitted and processed, it cannot usually be reversed or cancelled.
Refunds
Refunds will only be provided in cases where:
- The transaction failed but the amount was debited from your account
- A duplicate payment was made for the same service
- An error occurred on our side while processing the payment
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Cancellations
Due to the nature of real-time digital transactions, cancellations are generally not possible once a service request has been successfully placed and processed. Users are advised to check details carefully before confirming transactions.
Non-Refundable Transactions
Payments for successfully processed services (such as bill payments or recharges) are final and non-refundable.
Disputes
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date at admin@edhara.com. Our support team will review the request and provide a resolution.
